Chad is the Director of the JAMS/SMASH Theatre Company. He employs professional artist/educators and collaborates with the Santa Monica Education Foundation, Santa Monica Facilities Use Department, parent volunteers, the PTSA, and the administrations at John Adams and Santa Monica Alternative School House schools to masterfully produce large-scale musicals since 2013.

As part of this program, he teaches Fundamentals of Theatre, Production Design, Stage Management, Directing, Acting & more.
